1. A customer can cancel its order either within 24 hours or before item get shipped which ever is earlier. On the cancellation of order we deduct an Payment Gateway Fees that is 2.50%.
2. A Customer can return the product with in 2 days from date of delivery. Please Request for Return, our team will assess the issue and will take a genuine decision within 24 hours.
3. After accessing damage we will arrange reverse pickup within 3 days of return request for the damaged item and your amount will be issued within 7 days after pickup.

How to Request for Return:
 1. Login your account
 2. Click on orders, select your order which you want to return.
 3. Click on "Request for Return" button
 4. Fill the necessary details and submit
